Hodgson tool hire is a family run business established in January 1997.
We specialise in tool and plant hire to the trade and DIY. In 2006 we moved to our purpose built hire shop, conveniently located on Burscough industrial estate just off the main A59 trunk road, offering easy access and parking. In March 2008 we opened our 2nd branch located in ainsdale village,offering another well appointed hire and sales shop.
We are able to offer probably the most up-to-date and comprehensive range of equipment available for hire avaialble anywhere in the North West.
We are continually investing in new equipment to bring you, the customer, the most up-to-date equipment available to ensure you have safe, reliable equipment to enable you to conform to the latest health and safety legislation.
Since opening our new branch, we have expanded our depth of stock on key items such as Arial Access Platforms, Timber Wolf roadtowable wood chippers, Kanga kid skidsteer etc.

Since our move we have also been able to expand considerably on our range of sale items available from stock by becoming distributors and stock lists of a comprehensive range of power and hand tools from leading manufactures such as: Hitachi,Stanley, Bacho, Dewalt, Ryobi etc.

With our new larger workshop facilities we are proud to announce we are approved repair agents for hitachi power tools and are also able to offer a comprehensive range of repair and servicing for all other major makes of machines such as Dewalt, Makita, Honda, Sthil etc.
